This series follows the activities of Plug; a girl from another dimensions who's job is to recharge people who are feeling depressed. The people she charges can't see her which is just as well as she recharges them with a giant electrical plug! At least that is usually the case; one day Sento, the brother of a girl she tries to charge, sees her... and sets about her with a baseball bat! Plug is one of many charger girls but manages to recharge far less people than the others; because of this another girl, Arresta, is partnered with her. It turns out Sento can see her too and attacks her with his bat... strangely she seems to like this! As the series progresses we learn that Plug isn't a total failure as a charger girl; she may charge less people but those she does charge don't need further charges; she also risks herself to help somebody considered unchargable.
This series was rather fun and would probably be good for all ages if it wasn't for the fan service; there is rather a lot of nudity, bouncing breasts (complete with 'boing' sound effects), costumes so tight they leave nothing to the imagination and a 'show within a show' that is quite clearly meant to be hentai although obviously nothing too bad is shown. The character design is fairly average but at least they are fun to watch. I'm not sure I'd recommend seeking this out on DVD, assuming it ever gets a release, but it can currently be watched legally on Crunchyroll and if you want to if you want to watch a fairly undemanding series and don't mind the fan service you could do a lot worse.
These comments are based on watching the series in Japanese with English subtitles.
