One of the first completed Senior Thesis projects to come from the newly formed Western Carolina University Motion Picture and Television Production Department.
Anthony Giordano, who played Amos, is very Italian. To make him look more southern, he grew out his hair and was given a pair of big square rimmed glasses to wear.
Mentors for the project included Jack Sholder, Terry Curtis Fox, Arledge Armenaki, and Robert P. Cohen.
The camera operator caught on fire when he fell asleep while standing up and leaned into a kerosene heater.
Most of the exterior moving shots were pulled off by putting the Camera in the Director's minivan and shooting out the side sliding door.
