In the beginning of the movie several people are playing basketball. Clarence, (Ernie Hudson) takes a shot. You can clearly see the basketball rim has a net. As the camera angle changes and you see the basketball go through the rim, there is no net on the rim.
Leading up to 3:23 the players are heading for a basket with a red, white and blue net. The shot is taken at that net but when the ball hits the rim (at 3:23) there is no net.
When Smith was being wheeled to the elevator, a blonde lady is seen walking around the group at the lobby of Redvale building. When they zoom out, you can see her again this time, just rounding the corner and when she should have been long pass the group.
In the vault scene, Redvale says "There you go. A hundred million in hundred-dollar bills", yet the scene shows only two suitcases full of money, when in fact it would be 1 million bills to equal that amount of money in hundreds and would take up much more room - probably filling the vault.
Although the priest is Catholic, he says the Protestant version of The Lord's Prayer, including "For thine is the kingdom ...". Catholics do not say the last two lines.
Marcus says he is diabetic and indicates he has low blood sugar by asking for juice or a candy bar. A nurse appears to test his blood sugar level. She then gives him an injection. There was no need for an injection, especially if it was insulin which would further lower his blood sugar. Instead they would have given him some form of glucose like he asked for such as juice. He is alert and able to eat or drink so no injections are required.
When Marcus is on the office's roof, he tries to fire his pistol and discovers that he is out of ammunition. When the magazine is empty, the pistol's slide would have locked back, making it clear that there are no bullets left. (If the last round chambered was a dud, he could have simply loaded the next one by working the action by hand.)
When Marcus was rushing to the Redvale building, he passes the same grayish car and white truck at least twice.
