- No actual nudity this episode but some sexual references including Homelander reminding how The Deep has sex with and octopus.
- Soldier boy is shown without a shirt as they put him back in his coma. Nothing sexy about it
Violence & Gore
- Homelander punches Black Noir in the stomach, grabs a part of his intestines and Noir falls into the ground with his intestines out, leaving a pool and trail of blood. Very gory and disturbing.
- Maeve wakes up while she is taken in a vehicle, kills some people offscreen, the driver gets shot and the vehicle crashes. She manages to escape the vehicle with some blood over her body and the camera pans into the inside of the vehicle where three men are dead and there're trails of blood all over. Bloody but brief.
- Butcher punches Hughie in an attempt to save him and falls into the floor, but he is fine.
- The Deep silently kills Lamar Bishop while he is swimming on his pool. He struggles for a bit trying to escape and after a few seconds his body shows up floating.
- After somebody throws a water bottle at his son, Homelander kills him by lasering off the top half of his head. Very gory but only shown for a second.
- Frenchie is shot in the leg with some blood shown, he ends up completely okay.
- While fighting, Homelander presses into one of Maeve's eyes causing blood to pour out. She is seen for the rest of the scene with blood all around her eye, but nothing too graphic is shown. She later stabs Homelander in the ear causing some blood to leak out.
- Maeve is revealed to be alive but with a broken arm and bruises on her neck and face. Some footage of MM and Kimiko helping Maeve out show her with more bruises over her body.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A very long and intense fight scene between all the main characters.
- Homelander killing Black Noir and a civilian can be disturbing to watch.
