This is a documentary everyone should watch

The actor, Gary Sinese, forms a band and takes it on the road to entertain the troops. Sounds simple, sounds boring doesn't it? Well, it's anything but! The documentary covers how Gary Sinese started up the band, how he "collected" the musicians and singers, and how the USO came into play.

It's a fascinating look at his life as well as the lives of the artists. Many parts of it are very surprising. They don't just entertain the troops overseas. They also go to the bases here in the USA. They entertain the children of the troops. One of the singers wrote a very moving tribute song to the men and women in the military. There are many interesting interviews with the troops, the entertainers, USO personnel, etc. No one should miss the chance to watch this wonderful documentary.

If you didn't cry through the entire show, then maybe you should rethink where you should live, because you don't deserve the way of life that our military personnel sacrifice to defend! I've been there, and they get it. Our current administration doesn't. Thanks Gary, you may never really know how you have touched us all. You speak for all of us, combat veterans and those of us who fought the Cold War. You speak for those who fought in Viet Nam and were never treated like the heroes they were. It is time for real Americans to stand up and condemn those who try to portray patriots as something to be discredited and dismissed.
