- This is a very gory film. But it looks really fake.
- Vampire Girl fights three Frankenstein girls. She sinks her teeth into their skin and tears their faces off, revealing their bloody skulls. Blood sprays everywhere.
- There is a Wrist cutting tournament, where contestants have to slide their wrists with knives. Whoever gets their arm cut off is the loser. Plenty of blood is shown, a severed arm is shown with blood spraying out.
- Vampire Girl has the ability to turn her blood into swords. Later in the film, she turns drops of blood into bullets and causes a swarm of them to pierce through a girl, goring her into a bloody skeleton.
- A man has a habit of biting his thumbnail. He bites right into it and blood is shown.
- An evil scientist steals Vampire Girl's blood and uses it to create his experiments.
- In a murder montage, a dead girl is seen with her legs cut off, revealing bloody stumps, another dead girl is seen with her arms cut off and a dead man is shown with his bloody lungs ripped out.
- A rib cage clamps into a girl's head, causing it to explode.
