- Mommy Mearest wears very revealing clothing, and in week 5, she has a neckline which reveals her breast.
- Two song titles are "M.I.L.F" and "Satin Panties", although on Unblocked Games' version, these songs do not appear
- The game is recommended by the developers for players aged 12 or older, due to some crude sexual references.
- When the player loses, we see an X-ray vision of the main character where we see his testicle's beating, although its design is very simple.
- When you lose in Week 7, the character you're battling against will make some sexual humor depending on the dialouge you get. Such as "the only thing you are funking tonight is your sock." Many crude references such as this
- In week 6 on the second song, the opponent says a quote of ripping the players balls off while the players girlfriend gargles the opponents balls.
- Daddy Dearest (the opponent of Week 1) has some of his pubic hair sticking out.
- The main menu theme song has the lyrics "Getting freaky on a Friday night" which is humor about having sex on a Friday night.
- The very title of this game is a double entendre hinting at having sex on a Friday night.
Violence & Gore

- Monster and Winter horrorland's lyrics contain lots of mentions of gore including "Kill a kid, cut em' up, stuff em' up inside my... se-cre-t meat pot!", despite a light-hearted and darkly comical tone.
- At Week 7 Pico is shown shooting many soldiers during the final song. Blood is explicit from every shot Pico lands onto a soldier.
- Pico has a gun
- There are many different mods for the game, which can have content with varying degrees of violence + gore. However, do be warned that a significant portion of these mods are based on horror "Creepypasta" content that has an intense amount of gore.
- In WeekEnd 1 when you die as Pico, Nene throws her knife at Pico's neck, killing him. Blood is seen spewing from the stab.
- In WeekEnd 1, when an exploding spray paint can hits Pico at low health, he gets very burned. However it is not too graphic and very slapstick, similar to Looney Tunes.
Profanity

- One of the timing ratings is "Shit".
- When week 7 loads up you get a cutscene one of the lines shows the character your battling saying hell.
- In Week 5, the signs in the background say "Salads for Sex" "Crap" "LMAO" and "Junks and Shit"
- When you die in week 7, the tankman will roast (be very mean towards) you. Some of the roasts have swears. 2 of them replace F-word with funking.
- In week 7, at the 3rd cutscene, Tankman calls boyfriend/girlfriend a "c*nt" 2 times. This is the most vulgar swear in the game at the moment.
- One use of mother-----r in the title screen.

- There are no instances of Alcohol, Drugs, or Smoking, although these may be present in external mods of the game that can be downloaded.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- There are a few scenes where there is brief sight of blood and a character (called "Monster") sings threatening lyrics, and although these songs are darkly humorous, the violent implications could be unsettling for some players.
- This game would be T rated at best for: Blood, Cartoon Violence, Sexual Themes, Comic Mischeif, Lyrics, and Language
- In Week 6, Senpai's last form transformation shows a scene where particles are exploding from his eyes and mouth, which then transforms into a red floating spirit
- Some characters have scary designs that may not suitable for children
- The lemon head monster says this "Eat your girlfriend" which can be frightening to some viewers.

- A character threatens to "rip your nuts off right after your girlfriend finishes gargling mine".
Violence & Gore
- Some of the more disturbing lyrics include: "kill a kid, cut 'em up, stuff 'em up inside of my burning dungeon", "peel your skin off", "tear your eyes out", and "turn your girlfriend inside out".
- A reference to a school shooting.
- A character shoots a bunch of soldiers in the background with the uzis. The first one they shoot you can graphically see the blown off face, but its very quick
- Pico shoots Tankmen in Week 7, and the Tankmen get shot in the head. Although it is quite violent, it's meant to be comedic.
- Many guns are in the week 7 level.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- On the last song of Week 5, a cutscene initiates showing a christmas tree with a severed head on top of it, additionally with intestines and entrails wrapped around the length of the tree. However, the cartoony style of the game prevents this from being too graphic.
