It has got everything we needed to see in this season. But seriously don't always do this to poor Adam.

Season 3 so far is so good...I can't say if its better than the previous seasons but its definetely in the same scale...Otis and Ruby was so nice couple(Maeve and Isaac wasn't so i dont care about them)but this is the couple we all want to see...
Finally!!!

We finally got the moment we had all been waiting for and it was so well delivered. The acting in this episode was superb and the pace was brilliant it had a bit of everything in this one. Romance, comedy (which by the way had me in absolute stitches), drama, revelations and tension was fantastic through and through. If I could i would give it a much higher rating.
Best episode of the season so far.

I feel like the entire series has been building to this moment!! This is basically Otis and Maeve's love story omg...
I'm so confused as to why so many people are still shipping Otis and Ruby, they were cute, but Maeve and Otis are epic!!!
I'm so happy they finally kissed!! The scene was BEAUTIFUL !!

Best episode so far. What a episode it was! I waited for this moment so long. And finally got it!
Everyone is saying the episode was good. But damned sure, they aren't saying about the episode, they are saying about that 5 minutes conversation!
Loved it. I can't express that how happy I am now. No, I know it's just a series. But, but I feels like it's mine. It's about me. One more thing, I don't wanna see Isaac again with Maeve, I can't like this guy!

Coach trip
furbaby23 September 2021
Great episode.
But for the reviewer stylenjess - " I'm like 99% sure there is no way for a coach to cross the English Channel."
You are 99% wrong. There are ferries across the Channel and a tunnel under it. Since we didn't see any scenes on a ferry, it's more likely that they used the Channel Tunnel. There are trains that carry cars, lorries and coaches through the tunnel. And it's quite normal for a coach trip between the UK and France to be on the same coach throughout.

A poo is funny idea?... Seriously?

Warning: Spoilers
Very poor episode, with only two highlights - when every couple finds out, that the other person might not want the same - and obviously Otis and Maeve confrontation. Some complain, that the coincidence of them both being lost on the gas station without phones is too unrealistic - well, this is called a destiny, and we have waited for such scene for two seasons ;)
I guess that Otis and Maeve scene is the main reason, why people give this episode such high marks. But: a poo in a sock?... Seriously?... Nobody appreciates this brilliant idea, as far as I can see. Completely unnecessary and utterly disgusting sub-plot. And, as somebody pointed out, the bus wrecks some Frenchmen's car - and nobody cares about the damage, only about the poo? Which is not cleaned anyway, but the car owner politely disappears instead of calling a police?... Come on... Other poor aspects of the episode is Jacob, unexpectedly behaving like a jerk, who should have been kicked out from the car by Mrs. Milburn. And stupid slapstick scene with Jacob and coffee vending machine. And all that drama with lovers don't responding to text messages...

Best episode of the series so far.

Warning: Spoilers
The buildup of the entire series finally pays off in this episode as Maeve and Otis talk about their feelings about each other and finally embrace. The writers, directors, and actors took so much care to make sure the moment played perfectly and it shows.
The scene at the gas station is executed to near perfection. We've already seen Otis say this monologue at the end of season 2. Instead of focusing on him during this moment. The camera lingers on Maeve. As the camera pushes in closer on her we see her reactions to everything that Otis is telling her. The acting by both Asa Butterfield and Emma Mackey is outstanding.
The rest of the episode still contains a lot of great moments. Both dramatically and comedic. It's an all around great episode, but the final scene at the gas station really does propel this episode above all the rest and it's just incredibly satisfying.

Let's face it, Otis and Ruby grew a lot over me for the past episodes and I really liked them as a couple and way better than Otis-Maeve and I just didn't feel the moment between Otis and Maeve, I had a feeling the second they were left behind on that gas station that something's gonna happen between them and it did but I felt none of it.
Was only going to watch 1 episode, and now here I am....

I have been loosing interest from netflix's series recently. Couldn't get past the first episodes of money heist s5part1 and "never have I ever". After a middeling season 2, I expected the same for Sex education.
Started watching it at 11pm, and it is close to 3 am and I've finished episode 5.
I was wrong.
The episodes so far (especially this one) have been so good. I keep discovering great new music(one of the main reasons why I watch the show) and flow has been great.
Man like I wanted Otis and Maeve to be together, but honestly I enjoyed Maeve and that hot girl together too. The show has good characters played by a great cast.
Also, that principal is SO HOT!!

I love this episode, hilarious, love the kiss. But did anyone notice that they seemed to travel home from France, to Wales purely by Coach? Like not even a different coach when they get back vs when they are in france. I'm like 99% sure there is no way for a coach to cross the english channel. Ahhh!
Beautiful and moving alongside the humour and rank

Warning: Spoilers
Very rarely do you find scenes so well acted and written as Otis and Maeve stranded at the services in France. As all around madness ensues, the will-they-won't-they couple are inching towards the moment that in series one seemed impossible, as Otis' untouchable, unreachable love interest seemed as obtainable as a truthful politician.
Over two and half seasons, the couple had shared such rare emotion, always at the wrong time, to the extent where it became impossible to know if they'd eventually have any sort of physical relationship.
The few minutes they shared before the bus returned was utter perfection; chest-burstingly emotional, superbly written, acted and directed. Rarely has any sort of TV or film moved me like this scene. Otis still so unsure of himself, but remembering perfectly his message to Maeve, Maeve still so unsure of herself and finally giving in to trust, perfectly encapsulates the difficulty of love and any age, but most especially when so young.

Warning: Spoilers
People loved this one only fot the kiss between Otis and Maeve (finally), but what a coincidence that they lost the bus, uh? For some unbelievable reason they lost the bus. Come on, writers, you can do better.
Plus, I think this was kinda boring, and I think that Raheem stuff was not necessary.

Warning: Spoilers
We've tripped off into stupid-land here, the bus crashes into a car, and no one's that bothered!!
Poor counting leave Otis and Maeve behind, strangely they haven't got their phones!!
A series of unfortunate coincidences to get these two on their own, I very nearly gave up during this episode, which was SOooo bad.
Glad I didn't, but come on guys WTF?

Warning: Spoilers
I just find Maeve to be a bore, I'm definitely in the team Ruby camp.
At this point it feels like they've put Maeve and Otis together just to make the fans happy but the characters together just doesn't make sense.
Bus poo scene was great though.

How disrespectful to use an English army war cemetery and pretend they're in France. My wife's grandparents are buried there.
Cemetery is in Folkestone, plus they never left the UK, surely the makers could've afford the price of a ferry ticket?
