This film is about the ending of two boys' age of innocence.
In all honesty, I didn't know you can pack such emotion into fifteen minutes of film--something most full-length movies have failed to do. But I have to emphasize that the story relies on subtleties, so if you're more of a blazing fury or gory action kind of person, better skip this one.
I've also read the short narrative/book and I recommend it highly. Anyway, I'm digressing...the film is quite the little gem. You can easily feel yourself being sucked into the story and find yourself shaking your head, as if just waking up, after you realize it's been fifteen minutes and the story is over.
Actors were very adept at their roles, the story was solid and the cinematography was apt. All in all, the combination of the three made for a good short film. Nothing epic, mind you, but certainly something worth watching.
