Netflix‘s TV division has been under a lot of scrutiny recently, with the streaming service facing the wrath of fans after canceling I Am Not Okay With This and The Society despite having already renewed them for second runs, while Altered Carbon was also given the boot and The Big Show Show became the latest in a long line of originals to be canned after a single season.

If you’re a Netflix subscriber who regularly tunes in to new content, you’ve probably already got a gigantic list of movies and shows backlogged. And thanks to the platform’s never-ending additions to their catalog, that’s unlikely to change anytime particularly soon. Of course, many subscribers are probably still trying to get through the new shows added last month. Most notably, The Umbrella Academy dropped its extremely popular second season on July 31st, and with 10 lengthy episodes to binge, some people will probably be putting off any new content until they see how the Hargreeves family...

Anime, or Japanese animation, has been popular in the western world for quite some time. In recent years, however, its appeal has become a lot more mainstream. Thanks in part to the success of films like Parasite, American audiences are becoming more accepting of and interested in content produced on the other side of the globe.
And, of course, wherever there’s a cultural shift, there’s a streamer to profit off of it. Lance Armstrong prepares to tell his truth in the new trailer for Marina Zenovich’s upcoming documentary, Lance, which will air in two parts, May 24th and May 31st, at 9 p.m. Et on ESPN.

The Seven Deadly Sins Season 2 release date on Netflix U.S. could be coming up very soon for American audiences or it could be delayed until later in the year depending on a certain factor. Nanatsu no Taizai: Imashime no Fukkatsu (The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival Of The Commandments) is about to reach Episode 21 out of 24 in Japan, but it’s possible the English dub could be the sticking point for the release schedule in 2018. The first season of the anime adaptation finished broadcasting in Japan back in 2015, but the first 24 episodes did not begin streaming internationally […]
