- Lena sees an image of a female zombie staring at her in a TV monitor, this could be a little scary for some.
- There are some "jump" scenes when the zombie-like creatures suddenly appear out of nowhere.
- Some of the violence is pretty frightening and quite disturbing.
- The ending is quite intense and a little frightening.

- A woman kills herself offscreen and comes back from the dead only to get shot.
- A woman becomes possessed after getting shot in the head and brutally kills a couple of mercenaries.
- Konieg accidentally hits Jen in the shoulder with an axe.
- A tentacle rips off Yutani's whole hand off, and blood splatters out and then Michaels puts a flare to seal it.
