- Some ladies in form fitting leotards dance behind Starlight and Homelander at a rehearsal
- A couple guys use the urinal. Nothing heard or seen really

- A supe uses an electric field to obliterate a guy in a Homelander costume. Blood and matter explode on people, including kids, and we see his head on the ground
- We see pictures of bloody corpses, some without heads
- A man shoots Butcher on the leg and grazes his cheek. Butcher lives, but we see him with a bloody bandage over his leg wound
- A guy breaks a glass jar against a table and cuts his hand badly. He's later seen with a bloody bandage
- There's a seen in a gun show with lots of guns everywhere, including in kid's hands, but there's no violence

- Suicide themes, including a scene where a character commits violent suicide, are shown. Another character commits suicide offscreen
- Pretty gory, but par for the course in this show
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- Upon hearing of Stormfront's suicide, Homelander goads a teenage girl to commit suicide and jump off a building. She complies and there's a gory explosion upon impact, but no view of the aftermath
- A supe attempts to shoot Butcher, but Butcher took Compound V24 beforehand and is bulletproof. Butcher beats him until he knocks his teeth out, they exchanged words, Butcher beats him to a pulp before lasering his head in half diagonally. Very bloody and gory.
- Homelander mourns over a bloody spot on Stormfront's hospital bed after she dies
