One of my favorite episodes!

This is one of my favorite episodes of "Hazel". Good pacing...and a few really funny segments. Hazel, of course, ends up dominating the stockholders' meeting and, ultimately, getting her way!

The Dirty Vacuum Cleaner
wes-connors24 February 2012
After asking his advice regarding her stock (11 shares) in the Davidson vacuum cleaner company, Hazel (Shirley Booth) persuades George (Don DeFore) to buy her a fancy new "Davidson" for what he considers the outrageous sum of $137.50. Everyone is happy when the shiny new vacuum cleaner arrives, but the once fine company's latest model is discovered to be a cheaply-made lemon. As a stockholder, Hazel decides to attend a "Davidson" meeting and set the company right. The ever-cheerful, hard-working, wise and frumpy maid scores another win against the suits.

**** The Stockholder's Meeting (2/14/63) William D. Russell ~ Shirley Booth, Don DeFore, Whitney Blake, Byron Foulger
