I've seen this episode about ten times and I make my friends and relatives watch it too. The comedy rings true for anyone who's ever worked in an office and the characters are authentic and hilarious. I have so many favorites from the ferocious regional manager, Amanda and incompetent manager Keith. Oliver (Darren) is perfect as the bitchy office gay and Big Kev is hysterically funny as the warehouse bully making trouble for poor George. There are many laugh out loud moments in this episode, as well as great subtleties such as Keith the manager palming off phone calls he should be taking to poor Lorenzo. Who hasn't been there, I know I have. This is a must see for fans of Australian comedy and fans of the other show Fat Pizza. Love your work Paul Fenec!
