This movie was really strange and filled with social commentary. It has an obnoxious laugh track that is a character in itself. While it has it's funny moments, I would not classified it as a roll on the floor comedy. Actually, I would not know how to classify it other than satire.
Normally I wouldn't bother to write about a movie that I saw in an art theater over 6 months ago, and that most likely won't be available to be seen by anyone, but I was curious about one of the actors who I just recognized from "Killing Lincoln" and then when I saw the low ratings on IMDb I was really confused and curious. Enough to actually sign up for an IMDb account!
This is definitely not a 10 star movie, but 1 star? I see that the ratings are dispersed around the 9 range and then a bunch rating it a 1.
I just checked on Amazon and the reviews there seemed to be divisive as well.
Please, I am very curious to hear from others who have seen this movie. Did you like it? Did you hate it? Why?
