- The slow moving, zombies are sometimes unclothed and bloody.

Sex & Nudity
- The final boss has a theme of impregnation, with the protagonist Alex using a knife to cut open its stomach, releasing the dead corpse of his brother Josh.
Violence & Gore
- A character will, for no apparent reason, begin to bleed from multiple partially healed cut wounds around his body. The quantity of these wounds slowly increases, with cutting sounds simultaneously, before the person screams in pain. Then, the blood from these wounds will form another monster, which bites the man's head off, leaving a bloody stump (The first half of this scene was censored in Australia. Lol).
- A person is tied up by his limbs and has a large knife thrust through his stomach from behind. The knife is then dragged upwards, cutting him in half, leaving two bloody chunks hanging for the player to witness (The gore shown at the end of this scene was censored in Australia).
- Near the game's end, a person wakes up in a dark room where a cordless drill is forced into his leg. The player can force the drill into his assailant's neck or have it forced into his eye (The details of this scene were censored in Australia).
- A woman is tied up to a torture rack, which stretches her body vertically, tearing it in half.
