This passive aggressive crap really does happen. I've had to deal with people like that and that rudeness quite a bit in Ontario. It was nice to see it called out.

I just saw this one for the first time and I was disappointed.
First of all, most of the characters, especially Hank, were out-of-character. Hank built-up an intolerance for the Canadian family and that is not like Hank. He gets annoyed at people who are being idiots but I have never seen him like this before.
Also, the portrayal of the Canadian family was somewhat inaccurate and made Canadians look bad. Yes, there are idiots from Canada, but generally not an entire family. From the begining, Dale didn't even like the idea of Candians living near him although the had net yet even met them.
Overall, this episode had too much deviation and just didn't fit the rest of the series.
