I just stumbled upon the Gravitas Plus website. (I am Canadian but was born in Sri Lanka and lived there until 1974.) I was interested in the Colombo Port City and googling this topic led me to your website. And I was hooked. Your style of reporting - to say the least, is refreshing. Clearly, your views are biased - but the difference to me is that you back up the reasons for any of your biases by citing facts. There maybe contradicting facts, but it certainly is a starting point for anyone who wants to learn more about the global world we live in. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

Hopefully, over time some fairness and balance is acquired. For now, reports are over-the-top, anti-west and anti-former-colonialist nations. It seems any position that projects democracies as the 'bad guy' will get projected or emphasised. This is unfortunate and really sad because the speakers can clearly do better. This is 2022, not 1922.
