Concept of this drama is on another level. The objects with cruel outcomes deigned as gifts are mind blowing. Penned by a noir expert, it emphasizes insecure reality of the society irrespective of social strata. Everyone wants to avenge but without being targeted in return. In my perspective, the day we need such gifts to handle our fears and follies, we are doomed for real. Each episode keeps getting better, even though i was a little disappointed with the ending. I would still call it a perfectly executed and edited thriller. Despite being a little old-school, the frames impressed me. Generally such plots are a detective's POV while the back stories of each incident are wrapped up promptly. On contrary this series showcases individual cases in detail with intermittent revelations by the cop. I still can't get the title track off my mind, 'Oh buddha bless' by paper planes.
