The ladies receive a letter announcing the annual stockholders meeting of Quigley Industries, of which they collectively own 10 shares. Loco (Barbara Eden) insists that in a democracy they should attend and vote. Mike (Merry Anders) approves of the idea as a means to meet some of the big stockholders. The board of directors is hoping to push through a bonus for themselves within the meeting. Board Chairman Mr. Bannister (character actor Robert Emmett Keane in his final role before retiring) announces that President Mr. Larry Quigley (Phillip Terry, "The Lost Weekend", "Born to Kill") is unable to attend due to a "transportation problem". When the board addresses particularities, Loco questions them, prompting attention from some of the large shareholders erupting in disarray. The meeting is adjourned until the following afternoon. Loco wants to learn more about the company and the board members feel they can use her to get their bonus. Meanwhile, Mike and Gwen (Lisa Gaye) run into Mr. Quigley, whom Mike knows. As the meeting approaches, how can Loco get untangled from her mess?
There's some comedy toward the end, but the plot seems unrealistic for the childlike character of Loco's business interest in the company and their quick acceptance of her.
