Cat fun
ctomvelu-124 March 2009
Warning: Spoilers
A nurse tells House that a cat has predicted her death, and wants House to do something about it. A great premise, and a great comic episode, as House keeps messing with the cat in question while trying to decide what to do about the anxious nurse. Apparently, the cat can predict who will die, and spooks everyone when it predicts the death of one of the coma patients, who promptly ups and dies. The cat "predicts" deaths by laying down next to the "victim." Now, this next part is a bit forced, but it turns out Kutner is superstitious. House begins doing things like spilling salt as he and Kutner sit at a table, propping a ladder near a doorway, and so on. It is sort of funny, but you can hear the scriptwriters' creaky gears turning dreaming up this bit. In the end, the cat -- which does some amazing stunts for a brainless animal -- wins House over. But watch the episode yourself to see how and why. The actress playing the terrified nurse is excellent, by the way.

criminal theft and invasion of privacy
mdonald-0264316 June 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I may be wrong but didn't house commit a criminal offense of theft and invasion of privacy to one of his doctors and they can press criminal charges against him and the hospital. If those cigar came in the mail and house opened his mail and took those cigar that is a federal crime. tampering with the use mail is a federal crime and Taub could and should have pressed federal prosecution on house. Just because the computer was not logged off that did not give house the legal right to invade Taub privacy and to tell others about, he should have pressed criminal charges against house.
