He always leaves a corpse behind
kapelusznik1812 January 2017
***SPOILERS***Private investigator Roy Markham, Ray Malland, gets himself involved in preventing the assassination of the oil rich Kaleda's Prince Hassen who's not going along with the USSR policies-in favor of the USA- has put his life in danger. With the hired big time assassin Boris Vascou, Anthony Eustrel, out to knock him off it's up to Markham to prevent that from happening. Not in order just to save Prince Hassen III's life but to avenge his good friend Jim Donovan whom Vascou has murdered back in NYC who at the time was Prince Hassen iii's personal bodyguard.

With the hit planned to take place at LAX as the Prince left his government plane for a state visit with the then President Eisenhower Markham gets very friendly with French actress Renee Campante.Jaqueline Beer, who's to accompany and show the prince around in the city and introduce, at Disneyland, him to stars like Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, his favorite actor, among others that he's a big fan of.

***SPOILERS**** It's Markham who later gets the jump, by jumping in the river away from his goons,on Vascou and after swimming back on the good ship "Diana" named after its owner Diana Rogers,Besty Jones-Moreland, catches Vascou flat footed and blasts him straight into L.A Bay. Now with Prince Hassen III's life no longer in danger and the the murder of his friend Jim Donovan avenged Roy Markham can go back to work to do what he loves best sitting back and reading the funny papers at home while guzzling down a bottle of Scotch while puffing on a joint to relax.
