Two Mobsters meet at a local prohibition bar titled Room 13 to discuss the love that's gone array in their love lives. Not expecting anyone to show up, they are seduced by a very attractive and flirtatious mistress who takes them up on their tab. A heartbroken singer and frequent patron of the establishment, The Silhouet, later shows up only to find out it is his woman who is the mistress. As he watches it all go down, he drinks heavily while the two Mobsters continue to entice his girl. He sings his heart out while the love comes burnin' down.
