- Liz is upset when she finds out that her ex-boyfriend Dennis slept with Jenna, Jack reminisces about his youth on the eve of his birthday, and Tracy prepares to go into space.
- Open with Liz getting a new pair of running shoes. Jack calls to invite her to his 50th birthday party. Liz turns on a press conference and sees Tracy announce that he would like to fulfill his dream of going into space. Dennis shows up at Liz's door and tells her he is a sex addict and has come to atone for "ruining her for other men." He now runs a coffee vending machine in the basement of a K-mart.
In his office Jack attempts to get in touch with Tracy. Jack's mom has sent him a box of his things, including some old home movies which shows Jack throwing up at 10th birthday party because he so excited by a present. He also has a list of things to accomplish he wrote when he was in the fifth grade. All that is left is to be friends with Batman. He has Jonathan call Adam West.
On set Jenna is getting Instructions for wearing a harness. While she's in the air Dennis calls Jenna's phone and Liz answers. She pretends to be Jenna and hears Dennis apologize to her as a "former sex partner"
Jack and Liz try to tell Tracy he can't go into space. Tracy tells them it has been his dream as a child and Jack seems to relate to the sentiment. Jack agrees to talk to his "friends" at NASA and set up a flight
In the hall Jack tells Liz he was lying about knowing anybody at NASA and that she must now fake a rocket launch to fool Tracy.
Liz confronts Jenna about her sleeping with Dennis. She tells Liz it happened after they broke up. Liz tells Jenna she won't allow their "strong female friendship" to be destroyed by a man. They agree to give him a piece of their mind.
Kenneth brings more of Jack's birthday gifts to his house. Jack says he would love to see the world through Kenneth's eyes. We are shown that Kenenth sees everybody as singing muppets. Jack complains that grownups lose their sense of wonder. Kenneth mentions Jack's big empty house and Jack seems depressed.
Liz and Jenna confront Dennis at his coffee stand. Liz tells him she's not mad at him. Jenna and Dennis reveal that they met when Dennis came to Liz's house and found Jenna house-sitting. Liz tells Dennis he is not capable of hurting her and he responds that they did it in her bed. "Guys, I eat in there," Liz says.
Adam West introduces Jack his at birthday party as "Jake Delahey" An upset Jack grabs the microphone and tells everybody "this is all wrong" and asks them to leave.
Liz shows up and finds Jack alone watching videos of himself at his 10-year-old birthday. "I'll never be that happy again," he says, "I want that back" Jack says he needs to find out what present made him so happy
Pete helps Liz set up the space flight for TV in a simulator. They have blindfolded Trayc and drove him around in a channel 4 traffic copter and told him he is now in Florida. Tacy does pushups with Kenneth talking to him through a laptop voice simulator and Dot Com holds up a heat lamp.
Jenna tells Liz that telling off Dennis empowered her. They fist pound in honor of "sisterhood." "Liz happens to notice that Jenna's harness is not secure but doesn't tell her immediately and Jenna falls to the stage. Jenna realizes that Liz did'nt tell her.
Jack brings tech support in to try and find out what his present on the video was. Eventuall he has a deaf person come and read his lips. She tells him he was saying: "Apollo, Apollo Apollo."
Jena is on crutches and tells everyone Liz tied to kill her. Tracy walks in still blindfolded, in slow-mo, ready for launch. Jenna tells Liz the stuff about their friendsip was a lie and that Liz would have let her die. "Now we're even?" Liz says. Jenna tells Liz she is no longer her plus-one for the Canadian Grammys.
Tracy in loving his experience in the simulator, still unaware he's in New York.
Jack has bought an "Apollo Command and Lunar Module" toy for $7,000. Kenneth and Jack talk to Tracy on a laptop. Tracy sees the rocket and is excited. Jack says he envies the two of them. We are shown the world through Tracy's eyes and he sees both Kenneth and Jack as himself. Jack sees everything with a price tag on it.
As payback, Liz agrees to let Jenna tell the writers about a commercial she did back in Chicago. Jenna runs in and tells them the only job she could get was an ad for a local phone sex line. Frank immediately finds it online and they hook it up to the TV. We see Liz with horrible hair as "Bijou" in an ad for 1-800-OKFACE. Jack walks in and begins cracking up, eventually throwing up. "He's mortal," a writer gasps.
Liz comes to Jack's office and tells her "I feel great, I feel like a kid. Lemon, I honestly don't what I would do without you."
