This movie seems to have no coherent story, we get introduced to a bunch of loosely presented plot lines which resolve never get resolved. A lot of characters tell their own little stories but most of them serve no actual purpose to main the plot, which to still remains unclear to me. The main character shows very little in terms of development, we only really see the tiniest glimpse of him trying to redeem himself at the end but he pretty much doesn't grow throughout most of the movie.
The cinematography looks professional, the movie is pleasant looking and is very well lit and shot. The pacing, unfortunately, is agonizingly slow. Shots drag on for ages for no good reason. The lack of good shot variety (especially the lack of good establishing shots) makes for a confusing and frustrating watching expiriance.
Overall the movie was incoherent and full of incomplete story arcs which ultimately led to nothing.
