- The movie starts with a graphic sex scene where a nude man is on top of a woman (we see his butt and her breasts). A woman pulls out a breast and her husband sucks on it.

- Most of the movie is very intense and disturbing. A woman gives birth to a dead baby.

Violence & Gore
- After a car crash, a dead man is found bloody with a piece of metal in his head. His wife is on the ground with blood between her legs since her unborn baby was killed. A woman's water breaks but since the baby is already dead, blood comes out instead. Short scene (less than 5 seconds) of calf hung by rear legs, cut in the neck while bleeding into a bucket. The calf kicks its legs while during the process. It appears authentic. There are several other graphic scenes like this. As a woman gives her baby a bath, we see blood in the water where the baby has a bloody rash. A woman buys bloody steak at the store and feeds it in a bottle to her baby. Two women use a breast pump to suction out milk. A woman hits a man over the head, killing him. A woman takes a small pair of scissors and slices open a vein in a dead man's arm (very graphic). She fills up a bottle full of his blood, accidentally drops the bottle and has to refill it. A woman is hit in the head with a hammer. She lies in a pool of blood on the floor. A woman in hit in the neck with the back side of a hammer. A woman's right breast begin to bleed as her baby bites her nipple while breastfeeding. By the end of the movie, the baby has teeth and we see large bloody chunks have been bitten off the woman's breast.
