Oh yes, much forgotten by the casual viewer, but this was the first 'Neighbours' love between two feuding families romance.
And it's well played too, with Darius Perkins (sadly no longer with us) doing well as Scott, and I really enjoy the touching dynamic he has with Alan Dale as Jim. I don't think many people watching would not want him as their Dad on the basis of this.
A bit of a shuffling of the pack episode, with Des and Daphne not featuring, but an important one. The Helen and Jim relationship is explored a bit more too.
