- Early in the film people cough up blood.

- The F-word is said at least 40 times (mainly comes in spurts). In addition, early on in the film a character wears a shirt that says, "I'd F*ck Me.", which is shown a very good bit, but its just in that first bit of the film.

- A male and a female are seen laying on a floor, the floor is covered in colored pills, Several characters are seen smoking cigarettes. The 3 protagonists are seen enjoying a meal with a glass of wine.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Walking rotting corpses are seen throughout the movie.
- The walking corpses are very intimidating but they don't really harm people until the very end of the film (like the last 10-20 minutes).
