- During 79 days of curfew, Turkish State committed a massacre at the small city of Kurdistan, Cizre. Meanwhile; in Istanbul, the life of some young Kurdish intellectuals was utterly changed by arrival of a young woman who has witnessed the massacre. The film switches between the perspective of these young people and the intelligence police who have already put everyone under surveillance.
Leyla(25-30) who is coming from a Kurdish city to Istanbul is put under surveillance by intelligence service. Unaware of the surveillance, Leyla travels around Istanbul. One night she stays over at a Kurdish woman's house called Arjin(25-30), then she disappears.
On the day Leyla disappears, Arjin meets Sidar(30-35) a Kurdish young man. The concurrence of these two incidents attracts police attention. Arjin and Sidar are taken under constant surveillance. Their backgrounds are investigated. Their phones and houses are wiretapped. Anyone they communicate is also subjected to investigation. At one point, a Kurdish intelligence officer named Ramo(30-35) finds out an evidence that shows Arjin and Sidar are providing logistical support for a suicide bombing in the city. Meanwhile Leyla is still missing.
Unaware of the situation Arjin and Sidar are trying to get to know each other. The police decide that this newly beginning love affair is a kind of camouflage.
After two weeks of physical and technical surveillance, the police decide to step into action to stop the bomb attack. Meanwhile, Ramo realizes that he has made a mistake during the Kurdish lip-reading. Despite the efforts, he'll cause a tragedy that will affect everyone's life.
