When Monk, Natalie, Stottlemeyer and Disher arrive at Cassie Drake's house, Cassie's car is parked outside the entrance to the patio. However, after Stottlemeyer orders that Cassie's death be phoned in, the scene cuts to a shot of a medical examiner's van double-parking next to two police cars. The marked cruiser on the left is parked in the same place that Cassie's car was. There was no conversation or request to have the the car towed.

When Natalie is toasting to the new house with the sparkling cider, she has two empty glasses and pours one for Monk. When the camera changes angles, she now has a full glass herself as well.
When honest Jake is disassembling the light fixture, he's completed removing the screws from the top housing, which is shown halfway down the cord in two separate shots. When he says there's another screw coming, it shows him now moving the same housing down the cord.
The article on the depository robbery that Monk and Natalie read has the headline "TWO ARRESTED IN HAMPTON STREET HEIST," but upon closer examination of the prop, it's clear that the article text is not about the heist at all.
In the scene where Monk is looking for a showerhead, almost everything behind the store employee that he's speaking to is backwards. Oddly, the bathroom sign is written correctly, but the sign next to it is also backwards.
The house being remodeled is supposedly an old house, yet every wall that's opened is modern drywall rather than the lath and plaster used in old houses.
When Honest Jake comes out of the dining room and it's apparent that Monk and Natalie have discovered the money, he says, "What do you see, huh?" But his mouth doesn't move.
At the beginning when Joseph Moody is rambling about his past, he says, "Crabapple, but you couldn't eat the fruit. It was no good." His mouth movements, however, do not match the word, "Crabapple."
When being quizzed by Randy for the maritime exam, Captain Stottlemeyer states that safe water markers are traditionally green and red horizontal stripes. Safe water markers are actually red and white vertical stripes.
