- Dr. Will Zimmerman is a police profiler. When he is called to the scene of a shooting where two policemen died, he immediately knows something is wrong. The family of four who lived in the apartment claim the cops were killed by a gunman but Will is certain there is a fifth person who lives there, probably a teenager. The policeman in charge of the case isn't too interested in what Will has to say since they already have a suspect in mind. Will is eventually approached by Dr. Helen Magnus who runs a sanctuary for creatures that most people would call monsters. She even knows of an incident from Will's youth and invites him to visit her facilities. Meanwhile, a violent stranger is also trying to find his way into Magnus' sanctuary.—garykmcd
- The two part premier of season two of Sanctuary is basically the webseries tweaked a little and adapted for mainstream television. For those who watched the webisodes there are enough differences to keep you interested, for those who haven't this is your introduction to the series.
Will Zimmerman works as a psychologist at a local hospital. When called to the scene of a horredous crime he alone sees that the police are not being told the whole truth. Will's insights into the case attract the interest of Dr. Helen Magnus who introduces him to her sanctuary for 'abnormals,' creatures that have remained hidden from most of the world only appearing occassionally as characters in stories and myths.
