Ok, so let's get the 'fan checks' out the way. I was 3 or 4 when He-Man first dropped on 80s telly. I was the exact demographic that Mettle were aiming at.
I played with my He-Man toys, in the dirt, to the extent (like all my star wars/transformer toys) they became disfigured.
I'm also fully aware that this WAS a show for children, yet so many of you lot are acting so over protective about this scene that it's embarrassing.
I really like the direction Smith has taken this.
I adored Teela - and Evil-Lyn was fantastic.
Granted, in the toy comics Adam was essentially Conan so I don't understand the decision to make him a young boy. But it's S1, and I'm willing to enjoy the fact that we have a modern take on a thing I loved.
To the toxic fanbase, grow up. Please.
