- A woman is taking a shower, when the water turns into blood and rains down, her naked body is soon drenched in blood and she freaks out
- The killer attacks a teenage girl, wraps barbwire around her neck and pulls it, slashing her throat causing a lot of blood to spill out, she lashes and tries to fight off the attack, but eventually dies. The killer then drags her body away

- A flashback shows a boy picking up a bat and then walking up to another boy and striking him with it. From here the boy continues to beat the child brutally with the bat. The first hit is seen, however the rest of the strikes are shown camera up of the child beating, while other children watch this in horror.
- A flashback shows a nun, holding a boy's underwater, as he kicks and fights against her.
- A nun sets a child up facing an alter, then proceeds to whip him drawing many bloody wounds on the child's back, these are later seen scarred over
- A man has fork plunged into his neck, showing many spurts of blood from the man's neck, the man cowers down from the pain as blood begins to drip from his mouth.
- Two men struggle to hold a man down and plunge a syringe into him to sedate him
- The killer comes down a flight of stairs, walls and stairs drenched and dripping with blood
- The killer pulls a man under a stall, plunges a knife popping the man's eye showing causing a lot of blood to spill out, the killer then brutally saws the man's throat creating a fountain of blood to come out of his neck, until the killer completely saws off the man's head and drops it in a toilet.
- A woman reaches for a door handle tied with barbwire and cuts her hands showing cuts on the hands
- A woman opens a door to reveal the dead body of man whose decapitated, walls and floors covered in blood
- A man is stabbed in the back offscreen, but the knife in his back is shown
- The killer holds a man's decapitated head for a woman to see, dripping with blood, then rolls it at the woman
- The killer stomps on a man's head several times, causing the head to flatten and blood to spill out onto the floor
- A man is choked and then stabbed, showing blood dripping from a large gash in his gut, the killer then sticks the knife back in and twists it back and forth torturing the man
- The killer smashes a glass case with his head
- The killer swings an ax into a woman's neck, splashing blood all over, and exposing a nasty gash in her neck. The killer then stands over her body and swings the ax into her many times, splashing more blood
- A woman hits the killer with a large pipe only knocking him back

- The killer pushes several shelves over to torment a woman
- A woman plunges a nail into the killers foot, causing blood to fountain out the top
- The killer chokes a woman until she passes out

- The killer smacks a woman on her forehead and cheeks several times with a monkey wrench
- The killer ties a woman with barbwire around her hands in feet into standing position, then puts a crown of barbwire on her, causing his hands to drip with blood
- A woman struggles in barbwire causing it to cut deeper into the skin the more she struggles, causing blood to drip out
- The killer cuts a woman's back with a knife causing a line of blood to show
- A man is shown tied to a chair, with a barbwire gag cutting his mouth causing large amount of blood to come out
- The killer uses a hack saw and very viciously saws off a man's arm causing lots of blood to spurt out, then holds up the arm and drinks blood from it. The killer then drips blood from the severed arm onto a woman's head
- The killer ducks down below a woman's waist with a knife, the woman the shouts and struggles in pain. We do not see what the killer is doing but it is later exposed that he was carving into her stomach
- The killer holds up a pair of scissors to cut off a woman's tongue but the woman viciously bites down onto the man's fingers causing blood to spill from them, the killers fights to free his fingers. Once he does the woman spits blood in his face which he happily licks up and then rubs his bloody fingers all over the woman's face
- The killer plunges a screwdriver into a woman's leg, causing blood to spurt, and the woman to scream in pain
- The killer stabs a man who tries to fight with him, the two fight throwing each other around, then the man grabs a guitar and hits the killer sending him through a wall. The killer breaks a chair over the man's back and another, then flips over the injured man and brutally stabs him several times, as the man tries to throw him off
- A woman tied with barbwire struggles for several minutes until she frees herself. This scene seems longer than it is, as the woman struggles and the barbwire digs deeper and deeper into her skin causing mass blood to spill. By the time she is free, chunks of her skin can be seen stuck to the barbwire once she is free
- A woman pulls a screwdriver from her leg, as it was previously impaled into it, cause her to scream and blood to leak out
- A woman beats a man on the head brutally with a hammer multiple times, each time causing more and more blood to splatter her and the wall
- A man's head is seen spouting huge amounts of blood from a wound
- The killer is hit in the head with a hammer, dropping him to his knees, he is then struck many times causing fountains of blood to spurt out as he finally drops to the floor
- An injured man awakens with glass stuck all over his body, he is struggling hard to remain standing, and holds his gut which is dripping with blood
- A very mutilated woman struggles to climb a flight of stairs, she reveals under her shirt that her stomach has been engraved
- A flight of stairs is seen covered in blood, the handrail has blood droplets falling from it
- The killer tries to choke a woman, but she grabs his head and squeezes causing fountains of blood to spurt from the top of his head
- The killer puts the top of his ax at a woman's neck then raises it above his head preparing to drive it into the woman's head
- A woman opens a package with blood stains on it, revealing a skeleton jack in the box with the skeleton head drenched in blood

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The acting is really bad and cheesy so it just becomes as an comedy in the end, the gore doesn't equal to it being disturbing.
- This is a horror film, so it is meant to be scary and intense. This is a more brutal film than most horro.r films. The scenes of violence are most of the time extremely vicious and gory as well. And the chase scenes are also very intense as well. Not a movie for minors.
