Disney+ gave its home page a makeover to celebrate the launch of “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor’s Version)” on the streamer.
For one day only, the home page will take inspiration from each of the Taylor Swift eras for special featured collections, dividing Disney+ and Hulu titles into their appropriate category. Nine of the eras are listed, with her debut self-titled album mysteriously absent.
The “Fearless (Disney’s Version)” collection includes heroic and brave adventures like “Moana,” “Percy Jackson and the Olympians,” “Brave,” “The Marvels” and “Limitless with Chris Hemsworth” to name a few.
“Speak Now (Disney’s Version)” focuses on enchantment, princesses and dragons with stories like “The Princess Diaries,” “Enchanted” and “The Princess Bride.”

Oh Taylor Swift, look what you made Disney+ do.
The streaming service has just debuted the movie Taylor Swift: The Era’s Tour (Taylor’s Version), and to celebrate the premiere, it has Swift-ified the Disney+ homepage, with a Taylor Swift-inspired takeover.
The takeover will put The Era’s Tour movie front and center of course, but other sections will be created and curated to reflect some of Swift’s albums.
Where Disney+ normally features curated collections of films and TV shows based on themes like “Princesses,” “Funny Families” and “Throwbacks,” it will now feature sections with names like “Red,” “Folklore” and “Evermore,” all labeled “Disney’s Version.”
Among the collections will be “1989 (Disney’s version),” featuring projects from Swift’s birth year like The Little Mermaid and Honey, I Shrunk the Kids; “Fearless (Disney’s Version),” with titles like Moana, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Limitless With Chris Hemsworth...

The Swift takeover of the Disney+ homepage will be worldwide with a few exceptions, including Turkey, where the film will not be available until April 3.

Bradley Cooper is known for his roles in films such as “Limitless,” “A Star is Born” and “Silver Linings Playbook.” On Sunday, T-Mobile hopes he will be recognized for his work in one of their Super Bowl commercials.
In the spot, Cooper tries to sell his mother, Gloria, on T-Mobile telecom services, but their banter gets in the way. Cooper’s mother pokes fun at his wardrobe, the script and her ability to deliver her lines — all of which keep the actor laughing. In the meantime, the duo does manage to rattle off a number of features that might interest the crowd watching at home.
The ad marks Cooper’s first turn acting in a Super Bowl commercial and is believed to be his first work in a national ad campaign.

Thor is the God of Thunder and protector of Asgard and Thanos could not kill him. National Geographic programming just might.
Chris Hemsworth, the god behind the God, is among the major stars on the National Geographic Channel. He’s not just there; he’s obsessively — and dangerously — there. In “Limitless,” the Aussie actor pushes his body to ridiculous lengths. Hemsworth has walked along a crane off the edge of 900-feet-tall skyscraper; swam across a near-freezing Arctic fjord; and climbed a 100-foot rope dangling over a canyon. For one episode, he fasted for four days and then had to hunt for his first meal.
It’s all a bit scary for Marvel, which shares a parent company (Disney) with Nat Geo. They’d like to see their immortal (though not invincible) hero stay alive.

Ask anyone involved in the Disney+ nonfiction series “Limitless With Chris Hemsworth” from National Geographic what makes the show stand out, and it’s likely they’d say the same thing: Chris Hemsworth himself. The movie star, most famous for his portrayal of Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, brings honesty and humanity to the series that allows its deeper lessons about health and aging to land with greater impact.
“Chris is kind of great for this because we all know that he’s Thor, but he is also your everyday guy. And when you meet him, he’s really casual, really chill. He’s a really lovely person to be around,” series line producer Emma Thompson tells Gold Derby in an exclusive video interview. “But he’s also genuinely interested in fitness and nutrition and what he does to his body. A post shared by Chris Hemsworth (@chrishemsworth)
Sometimes it pays to have a superhero in the house. On Friday, Dec. 9, Chris Hemsworth shared a video of his wife, model and actor Elsa Pataky, sitting on his shoulders in order to put the star on their enormous Christmas tree on Instagram. Since the Thor actor is over six feet tall, you might think Pataky could easily reach the top, but as the Marvel actor's video shows, putting the finishing touch on their tree was no easy task.
While it's unclear exactly how tall the couple's tree is, Pataky still couldn't reach the top while sitting on her husband's shoulders. Undeterred, Hemsworth gets creative as he first attempts to jump and then gets on his tiptoes to help his wife reach the top. "You can do it, Elsa!" he encourages her as they both struggle to make the tree cooperate.

Hollywood awards strategists believe it is too soon for actor come-back.
In the run-up to Wednesday’s Los Angeles premiere of Emancipation Will Smith has addressed the notorious Oscar slap in his first late night interview, telling The Daily Show host Trevor Noah, “That’s not who I want to be.”
“That was a horrific night, as you can imagine,” said Smith, who slapped presenter Chris Rock live on stage at the Academy Awards last March and went on to win the lead actor for King Richard. “There’s many nuances and complexities to it. But at the end of the day I lost it,...

Chris Hemsworth told Vanity Fair that he is planning to take a good chunk of time off work once his press tour for the Disney+ series “Limitless” wraps. In the fifth episode of the series, Hemsworth meets with a doctor and it’s revealed that the “Thor” actor has a genetic predisposition for Alzheimer’s disease. As Vanity Fair reports: “His makeup includes two copies of the gene APOE4, one from his mother, the other from his father, which studies have linked to an increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease.”
Although Hemsworth said “it’s not like I’ve been handed my resignation,” the actor is now eight to 10 times more likely to develop the disease. Hemsworth’s grandfather is currently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.
“I’m not sure he actually remembers much anymore and he slips in and out of Dutch, which is his original language,” Hemsworth said.
