Loco's (Barbara Eden) press agent Jack Conners (voice and character actor George O'Hanlon, "Joe McDoakes", replacing Morey Amsterdam from earlier in the series) has a job for her as a rodeo queen. Cowboy Idaho Kirby (Don Hayden, "My Little Margie") will also be in the rodeo and has seen a poster of Loco and fallen for her. The ladies send him away but soon realize they need him to teach Loco not to be afraid of horses. When they find he is a millionaire Loco is excited at the prospect of marriage to the cowboy, but the demands may give her a change of heart.
