Over the years I have shared, with peers of mine, an anomaly of a movie known as Back Woods. It has come to be known in my small circle in the middle of nowhere as "the worst movie ever made". My friends and I can quote it and we joke about it in a nostalgic manner. Then we found out this movie existed. We had a viewing party towards the end of February 2020. It was an eventful night with drinks, laughs, and the inability to comprehend what was being shown on the screen.
Long story short, my friends and I believe this movie started the Covid pandemic. It has now topped all of our lists for the worst movie ever made and we label it that with the utmost respect. Ever since I first laid my eyes on the original Back Woods, a movie I bought for a penny from eBay in its infancy days, I knew I had to share that traumatic experience with everyone I cared deeply about. Now, after viewing Back Woods 2, I fear I am not able to share this message with others as it will sever any lasting friendships I still hold on to.
