This episode's writing is... questionable to say the least. For the most part, it's annoying with contrivances and a forced ending with a song that makes my ears bleed.
The first half is a spying, with TERRIBLY FORCED WRITING. Seriously, the villain just reveals his evil plan out in the open like there's coincidentally no one hearing it that's gonna try and stop it. NOPE! Other than that, Kara's just blandly staring at stuff and whatever.
The second half is awkward. All of the stuff with "stopping Kara with love" doesn't even do anything until the end when they "hit her right in the heart"... despite doing nothing different?! For the most part, it's boring.
And that describes this episode perfectly.
