When cam is telling hodgins off she is pointing her finger at him but in the next scene she is pointing a tool at him.
Dr Hodgins states that the uricating hairs he found on Stella Higgins' body belong to tarantulas from the family Therophosinae. However, Therophosinae is a subfamily of tarantulas, not a family. The correct family name for tarantulas is Therophosidae. You would expect someone who is paid to identify and classify organisms would be familiar with the naming conventions of different classification levels.
There are no naturally occurring tarantulas east of the Mississippi River in the United States.
The Clown murderer identified the revolver as a S&W 500 and then says "Well, that's five shots. And by my count...you only got one shot left." Some people have misinterpreted that as saying that Bones has already fired 5 shots and has 1 left for an incorrect total of 6. In actuality, he means that the gun has 5 shots and all but one (i.e. 4) have been fired.
At the end of the episode when they sit on the steps that lead up to the plat form the alarms do not go off but if someone steps on those very same stairs without swiping their card the alarms will go off.
The killer is clearly shown using a double-barrel shotgun, however each time he reloads, the sound of a pump-action shotgun is heard before he fires again.
Both Brennan and Booth refer to the Subway. While it is technically true that DC has a subway system, it is locally called a Metrorail. Anyone who lives or works in DC would refer to it as "Metro", not subway.
Saroyan says she's Catwoman, the most powerful female superhero. Catwoman is a villain.
When Brennan jumps away from the snakes, Booth says "they aren't poisonous" to which Brennan replies "I know". Snakes are (unless being eaten) referred to as venomous/non-venomous, not poisonous/non-poisonous. Given Brennan's personality, she certainly would have corrected such a mistake.
