The movie is good some dialogues are just wow. And the music is also fantastic. The movie has a tragic end so highly recommended from my side.

Sappy Romance, Not for Everyone
saahikat7 October 2021
First of all, you do not need to watch the first movie to understand the second one, it's a completely different plot.
Secondly, if you're into sappy romance, this movie is for you. If you're a logical person and looking for a good plot that makes sense, stay away from this movie.
I personally found the story line to be a bit dry, illogical and choppy at times.
However, the acting and the music (BPraak and Jaani's jodi is the best!!!) is mesmerizing and worth watching it on the big screen.
Overall a decent movie, but not to everyone's taste. Lots of emotions, drama, a sappiness in these 2 hours. Get ready for tissues in the end!

Jagdeep Sidhu is Known for Making Class Movies
But What Happened To Him this time
The Movie Starts Very Well..Looks Promising
But as The Story Continues Movie Becomes Silly and Pointless after the First Half
And Ending Is The Worst I Mean What Was In Jagdeep's Mind While Shooting for the Climax A Wasted Opportunity.

Masterpiece

It is again a masterpiece. Sargun Mehta, Ammy Virk and Tania all have done a fabulous job again Jagdeep Sidhu again wrote a excellent script and perfectly executed it. Jaani again wrote songs beautifully and all were related to the scenes in the movie. Hats off to all Qismat 2 team and this is called a perfect sequel.
Not Everyone's Cup Of Tea

Warning: Spoilers
A film that encourages stalking and not giving up on your first love.
This was a desperate attempt to capitalise on the success on the first film but was hard to watch with the lame editing and time shifts.
A film which would have made more sense if they had focused more on Kabil's life as well but totally ignored him.
They encouraged laughing at people's death and continued flashback to enforce its timeline which again made little sense.
It was close to domestic abuse storyline if anything if you out this in to context and reflect on what you just watched but I rate it as a 6 for the small glimmers if produced and teh other films I have watched I can compare it to and know it can be much much worse.

Stretched and Boring

Started well, creating a nice plot but second half movie becomes illogical with pointless twists..and .equally pointless ending...every few minutes B praak songs becomes irritating....easily could have reduced the length of movie by 30 mnts....not a worthy sequel...watch it for Ammy and Sargun splendid act...
Get your tissues ready!!

What an emotional roller coaster!! Naturally it will be compared to 1st part. It's on par if not better. It's technically superior in each department though. Screenplay, Story, Direction or Music everything stand outs on It's own. Generally the sequels are disappointing but not this one. The music is soul of this film. You don't feel bored by the songs instead understanding the lyrics helps in propagating the raw emotions in the scenes. What an absolute masterpiece.
Ending was not so good

Starting was Amazing remind me bit Rockstar movie after that plot was not explained well. The way Ammy knew about husband death should be directed well same with new born baby news and birth could narrated bit better way.
It deserves way better than it presented.

Worst Attempt
sainilucky981 November 2021
I had high hopes after qismat but this has totally failed. The second half doesn't make any sense... Why would some one make fun of a person who has passed away.... It was terrible attempt.. I would recommend to avoid this to anyone who is still hasn't watched this non-sensible movie...
BEAUTIFUL MOVIE! IM SPEECHLESS

What an absolute crap! Totally Disappointed
ishdeep-singh1825 September 2021
Giving it two starts for some of the exceptional acting by Ammy Virk and Sargun, other than that...
It's a total illogical crap...
Story doesn't make sense..
B Praak will come shouting every 6-7 mins, which becomes irritating after a time...
Story doesn't stitch well together...
Had very high hopes from this!!

Not better than its prequel
cadickensaxena27 September 2021
It's the mix of Half girlfriend, on going drama Khuda aur Mohabbat and ending of Barffii... Main theme is single sided love which ultimately convinced to both sides. A bit of forced love upon another. First half is full of fun due to Punjabi tadka but second half was quite boring on the other hand. Not much touching as compared to Qismat 1.
Part 1 is better 😕

A great movie if you watch it as a separate movie from qismat. If compared then the first one would be better than this one by a slight margin as that was made for all type of audience. This is kind of an experiment again, it's made specially for people who love heartbroken stories, or love stories. Only negative i found was in the 2nd half for about 15 20 min it feels a bit more stretched. Some elements in the movie can only be understood by young generation who have gone throw similar kind of situations or they know what happens when one loves someone actually. This is where other people feel disconnected from the movie. Just like Ae dil hai mushkil. I'm. Not saying that its the same story but there are a few similarities. Hence many people find ADHM irrelevant but people who have gone through those situations can connect more and feel it. Acting: 10/10, Music: 8/10(Qismat's Music was Slightly Better But this one is also great) Direction: 9/10, Story: 8.5/10.
Stupid story
mohitshukla-8333715 October 2021
Worst sequel to a beautiful original movie.. Not worth to watch.pls watch qismat only as this movie does not relate you to love as original one dit. Acting is nit good moreover there are lot of wao mai tere krke aya si tu milgai.
