Kristine Kreska and Iggy Kos have partnered to form Collaboration Entertainment, an international sales and producer's rep company specializing in independent films.
Kreska will serve as CEO of the Beverly Hills-based company, which secures global distribution deals, facilitates production and co-financing and provides all marketing services.
Kos is an international investment banker based in Sydney who will work in arranging financing and production partners.
Collaboration is bringing several projects to AFM including the fully-funded, $54 million action-adventure "Lost Gold of Khan", with Mark Roemmich directing and producing. "Lost Gold" is set to begin production in February in India, Kazakhstan, Singapore and the U.S.
Another fully-funded project is the animated feature "Children of Runes: The Chronicles of Shi," which is set to begin production late this year. Willi Patterson Films and Noble House Entertainment Pictures are producing.
Other projects include comedies "The Truth About Film School" and "The Pickler;" the animated Christmas special "Santa's Map" from "Toy Story" producer Ralph Guggenheim and "Broken Soldiers", a visual special effects feature.
Also on its slate are the fantasy action-adventure "Snow Princess" and the psychological supernatural thriller "Shadow Dweller".
Collaborative also represents newly launched Choose Interactive's first two films, "The Weathered Underground: Eric" and "The Weathered Underground: Liz". The two projects allow viewers to interact with the films with the option of creating 33 different movies.
