During the scene where Michael introduces Evelyn to Fiona, the ocean is in the background. There is a white boat on the far horizon that jumps from the far right to the far left and back, and in some shots, it's not there at all.
When Michael meets Evelyn for the first time, her sweater on her right shoulder goes back and forth between being on the shoulder and pulled down below the shoulder several times.
Michael's description of a False Flag as a false identity is incorrect. A false identity is referred to as a 'legend'. A False Flag is a recruitment where the target is lead to believe they are working for a friendly power when they really have been working for an enemy. A very appropriate title for this episode.
To prepare for the trip to the US Attorney's office, Sam hands Doug some body armor (bullet proof vest). Doug asks, "Are these bullet holes!!??" and Sam replies, "Yea, I broke it in for ya." After a vest has been shot, the Kevlar loses it's integrity in a large area around where the bullet hit the vest. Multiple shots to a vest renders the vest completely useless as viable body armor. A seasoned special ops veteran such as Sam would know this. However, an amateur would not know this so the psychological value is what might be at work here. Even a false sense of security is still a sense of security.
The female sniper that Michael stops is identified as being left-handed, she also holds her rifle left-handed (butt against the left shoulder, left hand on the trigger, right hand supports the stock). The only problem is it is a right handed weapon (bolt handle on the right hand side). This would be good for a single shot, but then she would only be able to chamber the next round by either hitting herself in the face or by altering her position substantially; both options would make it difficult for the sniper to achieve a second consistent shot rapidly, and reduce her effectiveness as an assassin.
