Anti-Stalking Laws (2007)

*** (out of 4)

John C. Lane from The Omega Threat Management Group and Los Angeles prosecutor Rhonda Saunders are on hand to discuss stalking and the various stalking laws that have formed over the years. They breakdown exactly what is considered stalking, what a creditable threat means as well as the various actions that can be taken. This here clocks in at just two-minutes so there's nothing ground-breaking here but at the same time both people do a very good job at fully explaining what stalking is and what one must do to be considered a stalker by the laws.
