At their Brooklyn color TV studio (#1), NBC constructed an 80 foot pool in which to stage this water show, along with towing gear, a RCA TK-41 color TV camera was set up on a crane arm pivoted from the center of the circular pool to follow the performers.
This was the first TV show to use a lenticular film color kinescope process.
