The little mouse continues with new adventures in this Argentina/Spain co-production . It is an acceptable and passable computer generator cartoon movie about a Hairy Tooth Fairy Mouse . This is an attractive and entertaining adventure comedy in C.G.I. animation . It deals with Raton Perez (voice by Alejandro Awada) , he is a happy , funny mouse who is always seeking adventures , by night he takes on his ordinary habits : collecting the tooth hidden under the children's pillows . Pérez, The Hairy Tooth Fairy lives in a boat in the port along with hundreds of other mice .Meanwhile , other mouses receive the teeth that he collects, and then clean , shape and polish them so that they can be become into brilliant round pearls . These pearls are then transported through the sewers until definitively they reach the jewellers . In one of the night, Perez must go to Lucas to steal his fallen teeth. Just arriving there, he notices that the kid is still awake and he must wait. The bemusing adventure begins now when Perez falls asleep in Lucas' house , as he notices that the kid is still awake and he must wait and after that , his diverting feats go on . It concerns with the little boy called Lucas (Matias Sandor) , he lives a quiet life with their parents in a mansion located at Buenos Aires surroundings . Perez has a daily-time job , he works at a pearl factory by day and in one of the night, gives gifts to children . Shortly after , 8-year-old Lucas, the agreeable little boy , looses a tooth , then a mouse , Perez , will come to his bedroom to collect his tooth, leaving a coin in its place . Later on , a swindler mobster Gil Penkoff (Manuel Manquiña) discovers the astute mouse Perez and he attempts to take him to get a scoop , getting fame and fortune exchanging him for their weight in shiny gold. Gil robs the chest of coins and Perez has to retrieve it . After that , Perez , with the help a Rat-girl , escape from Gil Penkoff . A bit later on , Lucas sets off to rescue him from the heartless , malicious Gil Penkoff . Thus starting a riveting adventure with an outcome that just goes to show that you don't have to be a kid to believe .

This is a sequel to original film ¨El Raton Perez¨ directed by Juan Pablo Busquerini , here there are new fun and charming adventures starred by Ratón Perez who occupies her life collecting the tooth hidden under the childrens pillow , as he never takes a time for rest and slowly he's gonna feel this thing . The movie is an enjoyable animation film in 3D , in which the legendary rodent named Perez takes an unexpected turn for the worse when a nasty and ambitious villainous , Manuel Manquiña, attempts to kidnap him .The CGI is nowhere near excellent but it wasn't too bad either as the spectator quickly gets used to it . It deals with the likable mouse , his enthusiast colleagues rats and his fellow girlfriend as well as a new friend , Lucas . A Ratty Family Entertainment in which some of the sequences are too far-fetched , there are plot holes , and flaws , but the picture results to be pretty amusing . The film is frankly entertaining with emphasis on cartoon spectacle , adventures and emotion . There are several silly scenes and a lot of action as when the likeable mouse is relentlessly chased and take place bounds and leaps . The idea behind the world of rats is creative and well executed and drew a few chuckles and laughter . Film direction by Andrés G. Schaer is nice , being well written by Angel Pariente with voices by Alejandro Awada and Campanelli ; and sympathetic acting from Matias Sandor , Manuel Manquiña , the veteran comical Joe Rigoli and Manuela Velasco , and music is first-rate and very spectacular .

Production by Julio Fernandez and Carlos Fernandez , ruling of Filmax Productions and Fantastic Factory is fine . They have become two of the most important producers of the country . Actually, the position of his organization responds fully to the opportunities of the European and international markets in the leisure sector, emphasizing on the fantastic genre, through Fantastic Factory and animation with Filmax Animation, to the global market on home video, television and also theatrically . They have produced successful cartoon films like this ¨El Raton Perez I¨ and II¨ also titled "The Hairy Tooth Fairy", ¨Gisaku¨ , ¨Donkey Xote¨, ¨El Cid : the legend¨ directed by Jose Pozo and ¨Goomer¨, among others . The picture was professionally directed by Andres Schaer , who has written and directed and as Second Unit Director or Assistant Director on various family movies . He is a good producer and director, known for his work on Morko y Mali (2016), Copito de Nieve (2011) , El arca (2007) , Deuda (2004) and this : El ratón Pérez 2 . Rating : 6/10, acceptable and passable and decent animated movie .
