Review of both parts:
This story involves teenagers disappearing from a laser gun game, taken by alien Kudlak to fight in an interplanetary war. As Luke and Clyde get caught up in it they, along with Sarah Jane and Maria, have to try to deal with the situation.
The plot itself is not groundbreaking or exceptional but it is all done well with plenty of entertainment but also a deeper, sadder aspect which is done nicely. Kudlak is a strong character and is very effectively created on screen. His eyes especially are hugely impressive effects. The acting by the whole cast is good and there is some thoughtful dialogue as well as fun action.
Enjoyable, sometimes funny and sometimes interestingly more serious.
My ratings: Both parts - 7.5/10.
