In a studio, Rowlf the Dog describes the concept for a new idea in children's TV,
Sesame Street (1969) to a very reticent Kermit the Frog. To sell the concept, Rowlf shows prepared speeches from the producers about the show's purpose along with examples of the sketches, animations and other elements intended to be used. However, the sticking point is still this new series' name and a puppet council is ineffectually hard set to decide on one. However, when things seem bleak, Kermit has a suggestion of his own to make for a series that would transform educational television.
