GigaPix Studios and Vanguard Entertainment Group have picked up "The Old College Try" from Brett Gursky and Scott Herbst. Gursky will helm the comedy which focuses on a man in his thirties who is affraid of commitment and finds himself transported back to Syracuse University during his college days. He's given a chance to change his face romance wise. Similar to "Peggy Sue Got Married" Gursky has writing credits for TV's "Bad Dad" and worked as an assistant to Brett Ratner in "X-Men: The Last Stand" and this makes his directorial debut.
