- Samir fights with Roy, holds him at gunpoint, and leaves.
- In the beginning in a flashback, a man gets into a car which explodes.
- A group of soldiers ambush a building and shoot several people, with a few small blood spurts seen, and they take Samir hostage.
- There is a mild, but intense fight between Samir and several other inmates in a prison. He beats them, but they gang-up on him and his face is bloodied afterward.
- A man drives his truck up to a crowded area and tries to set off a bomb. It doesn't work, and he runs away, just as the bomb explodes. Lots of destruction, but no one is seen getting killed.
- Samir activates a bomb which explodes in the American embassy, thinking that it's empty. It's later said that several maintenance men were inside, and they were killed.
- Someone is thrown over a bridge.
