This is a low budget film that was screened as part of the Experimental sections of the 2007 Mar del Plata Film Festival. It is an at time surreal, and also incredibly funny, film about a director and producer trying to get together a group of actors. There is a lot of debate on one of the co-actors, a plastic toy elephant and the fact it may be replaced by a plastic giraffe that adds to the quirky humour of this production. The low budget quality of shooting on digital adds to rather than subtracts from the style of the film and shows that there is a healthy independent film sector in Argentina that can compliment the more successful commercial industry.
