- There is some nudity in this film, and it can be graphic.
- A young man is forced to have sex with a woman at gunpoint, he is obviously very uncomfortable and horrified by this.
- A woman has a cockroach forced and sewn into her vagina, we see it crawling in her skin, very disturbing and horrible.
- A woman has her vagina cut open, blood spurts out, this is very cruel and disturbing.
- Most of the "experiments" involve naked prisoners of war and teenagers, whom are all exploited and tortured under government policies during World War 2

- This is easily one of the cruelest, coldest films ever made, the gore effects are not very realistic, but the way the film was shot and made gives it a very horrible feel to it. Also, the victims are all innocent, beautiful people that never deserved this, this is a very sad film and not fun to watch, especially considering that this actually happened.
- A man has his head chopped off with a sword
- A woman has her fetus cut out by a nurse, it is placed in a metal basin
- We see various pictures of dead bodies from the actual event, all are real and very disturbing, we also see photos and video of dead soldiers
- A woman has her teeth ripped out with pliers
- Various dead bodies are seen in one sequence, all naked, in the process of decomposition. This scene feels very horrifying and bleak, as it should.
- A woman has a cockroach sewed into her vagina, and then the doctors cut her skin off to find the cockroach, including peeling the skin off her face completely.
- a young man has radiation zapped onto his face for over an hour, his face is completely destroyed in the process, and he is alive to experience all of this
- A young man has white phosphorus dropped onto his face, this creates a horrible reaction resulting in his face exploding.
- A young man is forced in a decompression chamber, he is tortured with a slow decrease in pressure, and he then completely explodes once the pressure is rapidly turned up. His intestines, blood vessels, and everything else pop out everywhere, this is very extreme.
- A young woman is shot in the head, blood and brains splatter everywhere.
- We see several people in a gas chamber, beakers of highly toxic gas are dropped down, they all suffer a horrible death.
- We see several organs and fetuses in jars.

- This is a very disturbing film, it is basically a long, 4 1/2 hour nightmare. It is also a documentary.

- A young man has water poured on his limbs in -30 degree weather, his hands and feet turn purple, he is then taken into a room and has boiling water poured on them, he walks on his limbs and they break everywhere. this is very hard to sit through, you really feel bad for the guy in this.
